Maintenance/Engineering Associate

We are looking for an experienced person to join our team as an Engineering Associate to assist in the upkeep of the properties and its systems.
Hotel Engineering Associate responsibilities include interior and exterior maintenance, painting, preventative maintenance of guest rooms, restaurant, HVAC systems, to name a few.
If you have a knack for customer service and work experience in the hotel or maintenance industry, we'd like to meet you.

Summary:
Responsible for ensuring all mechanical elements of hotel property are in working order.
Also, responsible for maintaining hotel structures and property by performing the following duties.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.
Completes repairs to any plumbing issues on hotel property.
Completes repairs to any electrical issues on hotel property.
Completes repairs to any mechanical issues on hotel property.
Assists guests with luggage at check-in and check-out as needed.
Maintains hotel grounds by mowing the lawn, watering plants, weeding, and winter shoveling and snow blowing.
Maintains hotel phones, communication, and internet systems.
Maintains hotel Infrastructure as a whole including but not limited to VOIP and standard phones, communication data lines, network switches, Server Tower, and Wifi networks.
Qualifications:
-Previous experience in hotel engineering or maintenance a plus.
-problem solving skills to be able to determine the cause of an issue and work to find a solution.
